Public Lecture on Introduction to Conflict Resolution by Dr. Elnur Soltanov

Dr. Elnur Soltanov, Chairman of the Caspian Center for Energy and Environment, delivered a lecture titled "Introduction to Conflict Resolution: Basic Concepts, Categories and Definitions" on November 20. The lecture emphasized domestic and international conflicts, and specifically those that involve the use of force at different levels. The lecture was attendant by the students from various Baku-based universities as well as ADA students and staff.
